A gentle earthy note meets the mushrooms and the creamy feel follows the barley.
Try sweetcorn soup with a little cream; the creamy feel suits it and fresh acidity keeps it lively.

The producer
TeWa works with small grape growers in Moldova, staying involved from pruning to harvest. The Chardonnay comes from the Yurco family near Talmaza, and the Rară Neagră from the Cojocaru family near Cioburciu. Hand-picking, time on the lees and different proportions of oak shape each wine. The landscape photographs on the labels are by Mihai Stamati.
