The producer
Arcadie Foșnea founded Crama Mircești in 2011 in the hills of Ungheni. After studying winemaking in Germany, he returned to make wine in his home village. The Bardul din Mircești range explores different textures: traditional-method bubbles, whites fermented with their skins, and wines matured on fine lees or in oak.
