2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the Honest Wines website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
Honest Wines sells wine and other alcoholic beverages. All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in vintage, labeling, or packaging may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.
Alcoholic products are sold exclusively to customers who are legally allowed to purchase alcohol in their country of residence. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age requirements.
4. Prices
All prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Honest Wines reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders and Payment
An agreement is concluded once you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation by email.
Payments are processed securely via the payment methods offered on the website. Honest Wines does not store full payment details.
Honest Wines reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of products.
6. Delivery
Honest Wines delivers to the countries listed during checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external circumstances.
Ownership and risk of the products transfer to the customer at the moment of delivery.
If a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, Honest Wines will inform you as soon as possible.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the products (alcoholic beverages), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal of the product has been broken.
If products are delivered damaged or incorrect, you must notify Honest Wines within 48 hours of receipt by email, including photos of the damage. In such cases, Honest Wines will offer a replacement or refund.
8. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted by email within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Honest Wines aims to respond within 5 working days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, consumers within the EU may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9. Liability
Honest Wines is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Liability is always limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Force Majeure
Honest Wines is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government measures.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Honest Wines or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
12. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Amendments
Honest Wines reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of ordering applies.
