AT THE TABLE
Duck legs with thyme
The savoury, slightly wild notes suit duck while the berry fruit keeps it lively.

Pierre & Antonin, Languedoc, France
Cherry and blackberry meet herbs and a noticeable hint of leather. The fruit feels generous, with a fine grip and enough freshness to keep it moving. This is a red for an evening with friends who enjoy a slightly wilder glass.
You'll notice a little leather and earth alongside the berries.
If you like fruity reds with a little earthy, leathery character, start here.
Fermented with native yeasts, with no added sulphites.

SOMETHING SIMPLE
Fine tannins balance the meat and the ripe fruit suits the sauce.
FOR SHARING
Earthy notes meet the mushrooms and there is enough body for the cheese.
Try lentils with thyme and roasted onions; the herbs and earthy notes feel at home together.
Plain steamed sole would be lost beside the berry fruit and leathery edge.

Pierre Caizergues and Antonin Bonnet met in New York, but their conversation quickly returned to southern France. Both came from families rooted in local winegrowing. Their shared project now centres on disease-resistant grapes, a way to reduce vineyard treatments while making approachable natural wines. Native yeasts, careful cellar work and lighter packaging carry that practical curiosity from the vine to the bottle.
