Denis Pommier

Organic Chablis with a Personal Touch

Since 1990, Isabelle and Denis Pommier have cultivated their 16-hectare estate in Poinchy, near Chablis, with a deep respect for the land. Transitioning to organic farming in 2008 and achieving certification in 2014, they focus on producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. Their approach emphasizes minimal intervention, allowing the character of each vintage to shine through.

The Pommier portfolio includes classic Chablis, Premier Cru, and red Burgundy wines. Known for their expressive minerality and balance, these wines offer a pure expression of Chardonnay, with subtle oak influences from barrel aging. The estate's commitment to organic practices ensures that each bottle is a true representation of the Chablis terroir.
