Pét-Nat Vivant

Pierre & Antonin, Languedoc, France

Pét-Nat Vivant 2024

  • Pear
  • Lemon
  • Toasted almond

Pear and lemon, with a little toasted almond and soft bubbles. It feels fresh and gentle in the mouth. The bubbles form as fermentation finishes in the bottle. Pour it when friends arrive and the evening is still taking shape.

You'll notice the soft bubbles around the pear and lemon flavours.

If you like fresh, fruity pét-nat with soft bubbles, start here.

Made by the ancestral method: fermentation starts in a tank and finishes in the bottle.

Pierre & Antonin: Two friends, resistant grapes and a different southern future

Pierre Caizergues and Antonin Bonnet met in New York, but their conversation quickly returned to southern France. Both came from families rooted in local winegrowing. Their shared project now centres on disease-resistant grapes, a way to reduce vineyard treatments while making approachable natural wines. Native yeasts, careful cellar work and lighter packaging carry that practical curiosity from the vine to the bottle.
