The producer
Aristeidis Papargyriou planted the family's first vineyards in Lalioti in 1978. His son Giannis took over winemaking after studying in Athens and Geisenheim. The estate works with its own grapes, from the slopes around Lalioti to the vineyards of Sofiana. Greek varieties sit alongside international plantings, with the third generation preparing to carry the family project forward.
