Prawn and avocado rolls
Soft bubbles lift the creamy avocado.

Entre Vinyes, Penedès, Spain
Raspberry fruit and soft bubbles, with a grapefruit-peel twist. Open it for a table of little things to share.
You’ll notice a slight citrus bitterness beneath the juicy fruit.
Try this for raspberry-led pét-nat with soft fizz and a citrus-peel edge.
Fermented with native yeasts and bottled before fermentation finishes, keeping the bubbles made by the wine itself.

SOMETHING SIMPLE
Salty cheese balances the juicy fruit.
FOR SHARING
The citrus edge refreshes between fried bites.
Salted crisps are enough to get the conversation started.

The producer
Maria and Pep began Entre Vinyes to rescue old vineyards in the Foix Natural Park that were close to being pulled out. Those vines became the starting point for a family project in the Baix Penedès. They farm organically and make still and sparkling wines with a light touch. Since 2017, a restored chicken shed in L’Arboç has been their cellar: an appropriately resourceful home for wines about renewal.
