SOMETHING SIMPLE
Rich layers suit the broad, velvety texture.
FOR SHARING

The producer
The Formentini family puts local grapes at the centre of Selva Capuzza, where Lugana, San Martino della Battaglia and Garda Classico meet. Luca Formentini leads the team, working with six traditional varieties and harvesting by hand. Beyond the vines, groves, ponds and an olive orchard provide space for wildlife: the estate sets aside 15% of its land for biodiversity.
