AT THE TABLE
The rounded feel suits the butter and the fresh herbs meet the parsley.
SOMETHING SIMPLE
Nutty notes echo the almonds and the rounded fruit suits the roasted edges.
FOR SHARING
There is enough body for the chicken and enough freshness for the vegetables.
Try a pear and walnut salad; those flavours meet the ripe fruit and nutty edge in the glass.
A sweet caramel dessert would hide the fresh herbal finish.

Pierre Caizergues and Antonin Bonnet met in New York, but their conversation quickly returned to southern France. Both came from families rooted in local winegrowing. Their shared project now centres on disease-resistant grapes, a way to reduce vineyard treatments while making approachable natural wines. Native yeasts, careful cellar work and lighter packaging carry that practical curiosity from the vine to the bottle.
