THE CHEESE ONE
Pecorino with slices of pear
The salty cheese and juicy pear pick up the wine’s rounded fruit and fresh edge.

Perseveranza, Le Marche, Italy
Pear and flowers lead into a rounded mouthful of stone fruit. A fresh edge keeps it lively. This Pecorino suits an unhurried first glass, when everyone is still settling in.

THE CHEESE ONE
The salty cheese and juicy pear pick up the wine’s rounded fruit and fresh edge.
THE OVEN ONE
The wine has enough freshness for the tomatoes and enough fruit for the fish.
THE SUNDAY ONE
Fleshy fruit works with the roast chicken, while the fresh finish lifts each bite.
Pork with a light tomato sauce has room for the wine’s rounded fruit and fresh edge.
A very sweet glaze can make the pear and fresh finish feel less lively.

Arjen and Lenja began their Italian wine adventure in 2021, taking on a farm near Petritoli with vines and olive trees on its slopes. The cellar is built into the hillside to keep temperatures steady, with grapes arriving above the winemaking rooms. Local varieties such as Pecorino, Passerina and Montepulciano connect this new chapter to the surrounding Marche countryside.
