PIZZA NIGHT
Pizza with aubergine and oregano
The herbs echo the wine’s savoury side and the fruit keeps the tomatoes company.

Mortellito, Sicily, Italy
Cherry and strawberry with a bright twist of blood orange. Red and white grapes ferment together, giving a dry red with a little softness and a fresh finish. Keep a bottle for the evening when everyone ends up in the kitchen.
You’ll notice the blood-orange twist beside the red berries.
If you like fresh, juicy reds with a citrus twist, try this blend of red and white grapes.
Red and white grapes fermented together with native yeasts, then matured in stainless steel.

PIZZA NIGHT
The herbs echo the wine’s savoury side and the fruit keeps the tomatoes company.
BY THE SEA
The fresh, slightly salty finish suits the fish without needing a weighty red.
IN ONE POT
The juicy fruit meets the tomatoes, while the fresh finish lifts the savoury olives.
Chicken with tomatoes and oregano makes room for the fruit and herbal edge.
An intensely sweet chilli sauce can drown out the blood-orange freshness.
16–18 °C
Dario Serrentino turned his family farm in Val di Noto into a wine project with his first bottling in 2014. A few kilometres from the sea, old olive and almond trees shelter vineyards rooted in limestone. Native Sicilian grapes and a light touch in the cellar keep his attention on the place itself: a hot, coastal landscape with freshness still to give.
