SOMETHING SIMPLE
The broad body and firm grip suit the slow-cooked meat.
FOR SHARING
The substantial body holds its own beside the creamy topping.
A baked pasta dish with mushrooms can meet its generous texture.
Sweet sticky sauces can make the tannins feel tougher.

On the slopes of Pydna, Kitrvs brings Greek Malagouzia together with Syrah, Aglianico and Verdicchio. The last two began as patient vineyard experiments before becoming wines in their own right. Concrete tanks and oak are part of the cellar toolkit, while clay-limestone soils and nearby sea shape a distinctly northern Greek setting for this curious, outward-looking project.
