The producer
Gazzetta: a living farm above Lake Bolsena
After learning at Cantina Giardino and Le Coste, Trish settled in the hills above Lake Bolsena. She and her partner Piero tend vines alongside olives, fruit trees and bees, farming organically with local herbal preparations. Volcanic ash and sand shape the vineyards; in the cellar, they add nothing, letting each harvest find its own expression.
