Hétszőlő began with seven parcels brought together on Mount Tokaj in 1502. Today, its south-facing vineyards grow Furmint and Hárslevelű on distinctive loess soils, with certified organic vineyards. The team uses its own grapes and makes room for wild plants and insects, keeping the health of this historic hillside central to the wines.
