The people behind the bottle

At Geyerhof in Austria’s Kremstal, vines share the farm with hedgerows, fields, animals and bees. The Maier family has farmed organically since 1988, with hand harvesting and generous space for nature woven into daily work. In the cellar, a restrained approach and patient ageing leave room for the vineyard and the season to shape each wine.
