The people behind the bottle

Christos Bairaktaris gave four generations of family vine-growing a new home when he founded the winery in 2005. Agiorgitiko and the valley of Nemea remain at its heart. The family picks by hand and works with both familiar cellar methods and vessels such as amphorae, keeping its long relationship with the land central to each new chapter.
