The producer
Sofoklis Vlassides followed his father and grandfather into wine, then widened his horizons with studies at UC Davis in California. Back in Cyprus, he began exploring both local and international grapes around Koilani. Careful vineyard trials remain part of the project: mountain plots, measured irrigation and a willingness to experiment help each variety find its place.
