The producer
Edward Maitland-Makgill-Crichton and his wife met and married on Syros; their affection for the island runs through Ousyra, right down to its blue-and-gold labels. The family winery champions unusual Cycladic grapes and pays particular attention to ungrafted vineyards. Serifiotiko, Monemvasia and Assyrtiko offer different ways into this island story, with organic and sustainable cultivation shaping the range.
