AT THE TABLE
Prawn linguine
Ripe fruit and freshness balance the sweet prawns.

Mylonas, Attica, Greece
Strawberry and peach with a little mango. It starts generously, then fresh acidity and a spicy finish keep it lively. A rosé for the table when lunch is in no hurry to end.
You’ll notice the fresh, spicy finish after the ripe fruit.
If pale rosé feels too quiet, try this fruitier, fuller glass.
The grapes spend fourteen hours on their skins before fermentation in stainless steel.

AT THE TABLE

SOMETHING SIMPLE
The generous feel suits the rice and juicy tomatoes.
FOR SHARING
Fresh acidity lifts the dressing and crisp skin.
Try green beans in tomato sauce; the fruit suits the tomatoes and the freshness keeps it light.
Save sticky chocolate cake for another wine; this dry rosé would taste sharp beside it.
8–10 °C
The producer
Savatiano is personal for the Mylonas brothers. Antonis, Tasos and Stamatis grew up among their family's vines in Keratea, continuing a story that began with their grandfather in 1917. Sea breezes cool the dry-farmed vineyards below Mount Panion, while the cellar brings modern precision together with an older family practice: fermenting wine in clay amphorae.
