SOMETHING SIMPLE
Body matches the sauce while freshness keeps it lively.
FOR SHARING
Its rounded texture fits the rice and sweet prawns.
A leek and potato gratin suits its fresh, generous feel.
Very hot chilli can mask the peach and flowers.

Plaimont grew from André Dubosc’s determination to give southwest France’s wines a stronger future. In 1979, the cellars of Plaisance, Aignan and Saint-Mont joined forces, putting that ambition into collective hands. The work still reaches beyond the next harvest: old vineyards, a grape conservatory and research into local varieties all matter here. Wines such as Les Vignes Retrouvées turn that preservation work into something you can pour at the table.
