AT THE TABLE
Grilled lobster with herb butter
The deeper fruit meets the rich flesh; fresh acidity lifts the butter.

Jima, Epirus, Greece
Red apple and cherry, with almonds and a savoury hint of clove. The fruit has depth, while a fresh edge keeps this rosé lively. It stays with you after the sip, a good reason to take your time over the next plate.
You’ll notice the savoury clove flavour that stays after the fruit.
If you like rosé with more texture, red apple and a savoury finish, try this clay-and-wood-aged bottle.

The producer
Panos and Kristy built Jima beside their family home in Kalomodia, surrounded by gardens and an old citrus grove. Their wines follow three very different corners of Epirus: the breezy Ambracian Gulf, the traditional wine villages of Zitsa and the cooler slopes of Konitsa. Local grapes such as Debina and Vlahiko give that journey its own accent.
