SOMETHING SIMPLE
The rounded texture fits the filling while acidity lifts it.
FOR SHARING
Freshness balances the buttery richness.
A warm goat’s cheese salad meets its fresh, rounded feel.
A sweet chilli stir-fry can obscure the delicate fruit.

Isabelle and Denis Pommier began building their domaine from family vineyards in Poinchy in 1990. Each parcel is vinified separately, keeping the different Chablis sites distinct through fermentation and ageing. Organic certification followed with the 2014 vintage. Their work returns to a simple ambition: preserve the character of the grapes and the limestone-and-marl landscape they come from.
