SOMETHING SIMPLE
The apple and lemon meet the rich fish; the bubbles keep each bite lively.
FOR SHARING
The savoury crunch echoes the wine’s nutty scent and suits its structure.
Salted almonds bring the nutty scent forward without weighing down the bubbles.
A sweet pudding will make the apple and lemon feel much sharper.

The producer
Ca’ dei Zago means the home of the Zago family, and the name has belonged to this place since 1924. Christian and Marika continue that family story in Valdobbiadene, making sparkling wines with traditional methods and biodynamic farming. Hills of clay and limestone sit between the influences of the Dolomites and the Adriatic, shaping the setting for their work.
