AT THE TABLE
Baked hake with potatoes
The full body suits the potatoes and lemony freshness lifts the fish.

Bodegas Moraza, Rioja Alta, Spain
Lemon and tart pear with a chalky edge. It feels full across your tongue, with lively acidity keeping it moving. Made and aged in steel, this is white Rioja for a long lunch and a little curiosity.
You’ll notice a fuller feel than the bright citrus scent might suggest.
If you like lemony whites with plenty of body, try this Rioja made entirely in steel.
Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and matured in stainless steel.

SOMETHING SIMPLE
Zesty acidity matches the yoghurt while the body suits the roasted vegetables.
FOR SHARING
The citrus flavours link up and the full feel stands beside the chicken.
Try chickpeas with lemon and spinach; the full feel meets the chickpeas and the acidity lifts the greens.
Sweet coconut sauce would cover the tart pear and chalky detail.
8–10 °C
Six generations of the Moraza family have grown vines around San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Ábalos. Their wines begin entirely in their own parcels, where altitude, exposure and native Rioja grapes shape each harvest. Organic cultivation follows biodynamic principles. In the three-storey cellar, gravity moves the fruit and native yeasts start fermentation in concrete: a practical way to keep handling gentle and the vineyards’ differences clear.
