Bianco Sui Lieviti Alla Costiera, Vò 2023
Why it's worth a try
From Veneto’s volcanic slopes, this pet-nat is a wild ride in a bottle. Glera and Moscato grapes ferment spontaneously, then bubble up naturally in the bottle. Expect green apple, citrus zest, and a touch of bread crust. It’s dry, fizzy, and unapologetically real.
Alla Costiera, Vò
Organic Winemaking in Veneto

Filippo Gamba isn’t just making wine—he’s crafting a philosophy. Since 1998, he has been farming organically in Vò, Veneto, proving that great wine doesn’t need chemicals, just care. His small estate produces around 30,000 bottles annually, each one a reflection of the land he nurtures.
Old vines, volcanic soils, and a deep respect for nature make his Garganega and Raboso some of the purest expressions of Veneto’s terroir.
