Style Guide
Find a wine that feels like you
Start with the flavours you enjoy. Leave room for a surprise.

You do not need to name every grape to choose a bottle. Think of a wine you enjoyed and one thing you liked about it: the fruit, the freshness, or the way it felt in your mouth. That is a useful place to start.
The best starting point is something you already enjoy.
Start with taste
Look for words that mean something to you. Lemon, ripe pear, blackberries, toast. Use the tasting notes to find a familiar flavour, then try something nearby.
Think about the feel
Do you want something light and refreshing, or a fuller glass to settle into? Think about how you want the wine to feel. Tell us that, and we can help you choose.
Ask what made it that way
Once a flavour catches your attention, read how that bottle was made. Look for a concrete detail about the vineyard or the cellar, and connect it with what you notice in your glass.
Make the next bottle a small experiment
Try a new producer, grape or region alongside a familiar bottle. Share both with someone curious. There is no need to agree on every flavour; finding what you enjoy is the point.
