Aurora 2023 is a crisp white from Etna’s Contrada Caselle, grown at 750 meters on volcanic soils. It’s all Carricante with a touch of Minnella Bianca, fermented naturally and aged in steel to keep that fresh, mineral punch. Bright citrus and floral notes meet a clean, salty finish, pure mountain air in a glass.

Originally founded in 1435, I Vigneri is a historic winemaking collective focused on preserving Mount Etna’s ancient viticultural methods. Produces approximately 50,000 bottles annually.
