The people behind the bottle

The Tsililis family planted Theopetra to help revive the vineyards around Meteora, where vines grow beside the prehistoric cave that gives the estate its name. Organic cultivation and a particular interest in rare Greek grapes guide the project. Limniona and Xinomavro share the slopes with other Greek and international varieties, rooted in soils that shift from slate to limestone and clay.
