From spirited Navarra, France
Sparkling & Natural
Fruit-forward deliciousness
Easy, refreshing wine made for sunny days and warm vibes

Oníric Pet Nat Rosé 2024 is a vibrant, organic sparkling wine from the Catalonian foothills of the Bardenas Reales. Made from 100% Garnacha (Grenache) grown on calcareous clay soils at 400 meters altitude, this pét-nat is fermented with wild yeasts and bottled before fermentation completes, trapping natural bubbles. Expect a lively, slightly cloudy rosé with a bouquet of red berries and herbs, offering a crisp, dry finish. Ideal for those seeking a natural, refreshing sparkling wine.

Azul y Garanza

Wild Wines from a Desert Vineyard

Meet Azul y Garanza, a family winery started in 1999 that’s not content with typical vineyard surroundings. Their vines live on the rugged edge of Europe’s largest desert, the stark and beautiful Bardenas Reales in Navarra. The soil is clay-limestone, the climate harsh, but it breeds intensely concentrated grapes that sing. Rather than fencing off nature, they invite it in, planting fruit trees, shrubs, and aromatic plants to foster biodiversity. You’ll see hedges for insects and shelters for reptiles. Their cellar? A restored old cooperative with small concrete tanks, partly underground, and spaced just right to preserve each varietal’s terroir-driven story.

Expect a bold, soul-baring line-up: reds, rosés, whites, brisats, and cava-like bubbles. Names like “Naturaleza Salvaje” and “Desierto” don’t lie: they’re vivid, lively, and let the wild Navarra landscape shine through. Their fermentations are natural, concrete, amphora, wild yeasts, minimal sulfites, because they believe wine should be as untamed as the land it comes from.
